Monthly Plans

By placing an order for a monthly membership plan. You will be billed now and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel your subscription.

You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days prior to your transaction and receipt after each successful transaction. You will receive a notification of each monthly membership via email 7 days before you are billed.

Refunds & Cancellations

If you are at any point unsatisfied with the service provided. You can request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. This applies for monthly and limited plans. You can request a refund at any time. Simply select 'Refund' from contact query and fill in the form. Your refund will be processed within 5-10 working days.

You can cancel your monthly plan at any time. When you cancel, you will retain access to your content until your current plan expires. You can cancel your plan by going to Unsubscribe on our website and selecting 'Unsubscribe' from contact query. Please submit in the form and your membership will be cancelled.

Content & Access

After a successful signup, you will be prompted to create a username and password which can be used to login to immediately. You will be able to access your content at any time by logging in.

We reccomend bookmarking the app url for easy access. You can always access the content from our website by clicking Login from our menu. For eaasy and convenient access, the application can be accessed from any modern mobile device, tablet, laptop or pc.
